AVBA-TASGIV Ltd. ("AVBA-TASGIV", "we", "us") operates the website avba-tasgiv.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you use a contact form, request a quotation, register for an event or email us, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

• Information collected automatically: when you browse the site, our hosting platform and analytics tools record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time of visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

• Business contacts: we keep contact details of customers, suppliers and partners in our business records for the purpose of our commercial relationship.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotations, technical information and support.

• To manage our relationships with customers, suppliers and partners, including orders, service and warranty matters.

• To send information about products, events and updates where you have asked for it or where we have a legitimate business interest in doing so. You can opt out at any time.

• To operate, secure and improve the website.

• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal information under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and, where it applies to visitors from the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• With the manufacturers we represent, where needed to answer a technical or commercial enquiry you have made about their products.

• With service providers who operate the site and our business systems on our behalf, including our website hosting platform (Wix), email and cloud services, and analytics providers.

• Where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers are located outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. Where personal information is transferred abroad, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable law.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party links and integrations

The site may contain links to websites of manufacturers we represent or other third parties, and may embed content or tools provided by third parties (such as LinkedIn). These are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

11. Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

1. מי אנחנו

2. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

• מידע שאתה מוסר לנו: כשאתה משתמש בטופס יצירת קשר, מבקש הצעת מחיר, נרשם לאירוע או שולח לנו אימייל, אנחנו אוספים את הפרטים שמסרת, בדרך כלל שם, חברה, תפקיד, כתובת אימייל, טלפון ותוכן הפנייה.

• מידע שנאסף אוטומטית: בזמן הגלישה באתר, פלטפורמת האחסון וכלי האנליטיקה מתעדים נתונים טכניים כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מכשיר, עמודים שנצפו ומועד הביקור. המידע נאסף באמצעות קוקיז וטכנולוגיות דומות (ראו סעיף 6).

• אנשי קשר עסקיים: אנחנו שומרים פרטי קשר של לקוחות, ספקים ושותפים ברשומות העסקיות שלנו לצורך ניהול הקשר המסחרי.

3. כיצד אנחנו משתמשים במידע

• מענה לפניות ומתן הצעות מחיר, מידע טכני ותמיכה.

4. הבסיס החוקי

אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי. אנחנו משתפים אותו רק:
